Clare, the angelic woman I was speaking to kept asking me questions and I wasn't able to answer any of them. She was kind and extremely patient with me. She was also knowledgeable to the max. Finally, after spending a whole bunch of time with me on the phone, she came up with some highly intelligent suggestions. She also advised me to sign up for the sample package - which was a godsend. And what a deal! 5 samples and all I had to do was pay $10 for shipping. She recommended that my friend make notes on which briefs work best for him so that, next time, I could order what suits him. Not only that, but the $10 shipping fee would be taken off the price when I finally made an order! How amazing is that?
